CFSA Student and SU Scholar Kaitlyn Hobson Delivers Commencement Address

“We keep going because our family, our friends, and Syracuse University, have given us the emotional, intellectual, and spiritual resources to get back up.”

 CFSA staff and faculty advisers celebrated as CFSA student Kaitlyn Hobson spoke before graduates and guests at Syracuse University’s 2016 Commencement. Kait Hobson worked closely with CFSA while applying for a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant award (ETA) to Thailand. Her application was successful — she leaves for Thailand in October. After being selected as a 2016 University Scholar, the highest academic award for undergraduates at SU, Kait’s fellow University Scholars elected her to speak on behalf of the Class of 2016.
