This is a list of some well-known nationally competitive scholarships, but is by no means an exhaustive inventory.  Explore these pages, but also talk to faculty mentors and search the web to find scholarships that match your particular interests.

As you look at each scholarship or fellowship opportunity, be aware that

• some organizations limit the number of applicants from each college or university (for these awards, SU has an internal pre-application process);
• others require institutional endorsement, which is provided only to students who work with CFSA;
• others allow students to apply without input or endorsement from the home university.

Whether or not you are required to apply through Syracuse University, CFSA is here to advise and assist you in the application process. If you’re interested in any of the scholarships below, please complete the CFSA student interest form or get in touch with a CFSA advisor.
